1. Are your wreaths suitable for outdoor use?

Yes! Most of our wreaths can be displayed outdoors in a covered area (like under a porch or awning) to protect them from direct sun and rain. For long-lasting beauty, we recommend avoiding full exposure to the elements.

2. What size are your wreaths?

Our standard wreaths range from 14" to 18" in diameter. Each product listing includes size details so you know exactly what to expect.

3. Can I request a custom wreath?

Absolutely! We love custom orders. Just visit our Contact page or email us directly to discuss your color scheme, occasion, or design ideas.

4. How long will it take to receive my wreath?

Wreaths are usually shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer depending on the design. You’ll receive notification once it’s on the way!

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom orders?

Because each wreath is custom and hand-crafted we do not accept returns. However, if your wreath arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right.

6. How do I hang my wreath?

Our wreaths are lightweight and easy to hang using a wreath hook, ribbon, or command hook. Be sure the surface is clean and dry for best results.
